For this one, I used PTGui where you can actually &quot;link&quot; a set of images as one &quot;frame&quot;. The linked image may be a set of +2,0,-2 for example. If you have the camera on a tripod and you know that there is no shift in position in the HDR set of 3 exposures, then as far as the alignment is concerned, it will just treat the set as one frame. So in summary, I stitch all 27 at once, there is no alignment of 3 large images.

I was just wondering with your stitched panorama, is your method to first stitch together the set of 9 images? so that you just have one underexposed image, one normal exposure and one over exposed. Would you then align the 3 and blend exposures? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
